Thomas E. Fielder, A.I.A., J.D., is a skilled architect, housing developer and development consultant. Mr. Fielder has actively participated in all types of housing and development, from small single-family homes to high-rise senior apartment buildings and master-planned communities. His continuing work in housing includes historic preservation through the adaptive reuse of existing buildings for senior housing; modernization of public housing; and development consulting for affordable rental and for-sale housing. Mr. Fielder has served as an architect, owner, developer or consultant for more than 150 successful housing communities in 11 states and is the founder of Fielder Group Architects based in Lexington, Kentucky.
